*Please be patient and kind with our staff should any unforeseen issues occur resulting in a delay in the anticipated production, shipping or delivery date of your spa- including but not limited to global pandemics, flooding, or localized snow storms.
*Customer is responsible for reviewing the predelivery guide and ensuring the hot tub pad and the electrical hookup requirements are completed and meet the requirements for the spa purchased prior to the hot tub delivery date. Customer will arrange and pay for the electrical hook up/ hard wiring into place if the spa is not a plug and play model.
*The $2,000.00 deposit (transferable and refundable) holds the spa and payment in full is due prior to delivery and installation.
***Basic Delivery includes transportation to the customer’s home on a spa trailer to the closest deemed safe to drive/park area to the hot tub pad, and 2 staff pushing the spa on the spa dolly into place on the prepared hot tub pad. The owner is responsible for ensuring the pathway to the pad is level and clear of debris (snow/ hedges, etc) and that the spa can fit through any fences or obstacles in the delivery path. Delivering the spa over steep grades, steps, or spa placements requiring lifting the spa up onto or down onto decks may require specialized staff, machine equipment and skilled operators, ropes and/or harnesses and will be an additional fee (not included in basic delivery). Some installations may require the customer to arrange a crane to lift the spa into place (i.e. if it is being placed onto a back deck where equipment can not access). During installation of the spa there is chance of damage from the equipment or wheel treads to the delivery path area. As Snow Valley Spas provides warranty care on this product, a 2 hour drive time from Fernie is the maximum delivery allowance available to ensure the warranty can be serviced.
