Electrical Requirements
The Prado is a convertible spa that can run effectively off of either 120v/15A, 240v/30Amp, or 240v/40 Amp electrical services. The factory setting is 120V/15Amp and a professional will need to change this setting. In the 120v or 30 amp configuration, the heater will not operate while the jet pump is running in high speed.

Inspired by Sundance's Back Coverage Seat design, Seat B provides expansive hydrotherapy across the shoulders, mid-back, and upper lumbar muscles. Multiple directional jets create a blanket of warm moving water that comfortably relaxes larger muscle groups.
The massage style resembles a Swedish massage, using widespread pressure to reduce stress and encourage full-body relaxation. It is an excellent everyday seat for users seeking gentle but effective hydrotherapy.

Gentle Recovery & Conversation Seat
Unique to the Sundance Prado, the Pivot Bench Seat is designed to encourage movement, conversation, and versatile therapy. While delivering lighter hydrotherapy than the deeper therapy seats, this position offers focused upper-body relief while remaining comfortably upright.
The massage experience feels similar to a relaxation spa treatment, making it ideal for longer soaks, social gatherings, and users who prefer subtle jet action. It also serves as a convenient transition seat between hydrotherapy zones.
