Overview

Part 6600‑512 is the OEM main system control board used in June 2020 and newer Sundance® 880 Series hot tubs equipped with one or two jet pumps. This modern control board supports updated Sundance® 880 electronics architecture, including SmartTub‑ready logic, updated heater protection, new filtration timing, improved UV/ClearRay® communication, and next‑generation topside interfaces.

This board is the direct OEM replacement for control boards 6600‑463 and 6600‑386, but NOT backward‑compatible with earlier 880 electronics families.

✖ NOT compatible with:

• Any 880 spa manufactured before June 2020
• 3‑pump 880 models (those use 6600‑514)
• 980 / 780 / 680 Series
• 50 Hz European models
• Pre‑BP SmartTub‑incompatible architectures

• Random resets or watchdog lockouts

Replacing the board restores complete spa functionality.
