Exclusive Rate for Sundance® Spas and Maintenance Route Customers
As an authorized Sundance Spa service provider, our technicians receive specialized training on Sundance products and service these hot tubs on a regular basis. Because of our familiarity with Sundance systems, common repairs can often be diagnosed and completed more efficiently than with other brands.
In addition, customers located on our established maintenance and service routes benefit from reduced travel costs and improved scheduling efficiency. Our service vehicles are stocked with the most commonly required Sundance replacement parts, allowing many repairs to be completed during the initial visit without waiting for parts to be ordered.
This combination of product expertise, stocked inventory, and scheduled route service allows us to offer a preferred service rate while maintaining the highest standard of professional repair and support.

Preferred Sundance & Maintenance Route Rate: $120 per hour
This preferred rate is available exclusively to Sundance Spa owners and customers participating in our regular maintenance and service routes.
Our specialized on-site hot tub repair service is performed by factory-trained, experienced technicians with expertise in diagnosing and repairing all major hot tub systems and components.
The hourly rate includes all time required to complete the service call, including:
- Travel time to and from the service location
- Accessing the hot tub if obstacles are present
- Moving snow, deck panels, skirting, or other obstructions as necessary to reach equipment and components
- Diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Sourcing parts and part number look ups
- Repair labor
Diagnostic Time
Most hot tub issues can be diagnosed within approximately 30 minutes, and labor charges will be prorated based on the actual time spent on-site.
However, certain issues, such as intermittent faults, complex electrical problems, or difficult-to-locate leaks, may require additional diagnostic time. In exceptional circumstances, diagnosis may take up to two (2) hours.
If it becomes apparent that diagnostic or repair time will exceed two hours, our technician will contact the customer using the phone number provided to discuss findings and obtain authorization before proceeding further.
If the customer cannot be reached, the technician will discontinue work once the two-hour authorization limit has been reached.
Pre-Authorization for Faster Service
To help complete repairs during the initial visit whenever possible and avoid delays caused by obtaining approvals during the service call, acceptance of this quote authorizes the following:
- Up to 2 hours of diagnostic and repair labor (maximum $280.00)
- Up to $200.00 in replacement parts
This pre-authorization allows the technician to diagnose and complete many common repairs immediately, reducing downtime and the need for additional service visits.
Should the required labor or parts exceed these approved amounts, the technician will contact the customer for authorization before any additional charges are incurred.
Additional Notes
While every effort will be made to diagnose and repair your hot tub during the initial service visit, some repairs may require specialized parts that are not immediately available. In these cases, the technician will provide recommendations and a repair plan before scheduling any follow-up work.
Our goal is to provide efficient, professional service and return your hot tub to proper operating condition as quickly as possible.
Service Rate: $140.00
Pre-Authorized Labor: Up to 2 hours ($280.00)
Pre-Authorized Parts: Up to $200.00
Additional authorization required for costs exceeding these amounts.
