Ice hockey rubber duck with stick and puck

Ice hockey is a team sport played on ice in which two teams try to shoot a puck into the opposing goal using sticks. The game is overseen by referees and there are certain rules that must be followed, such as the prohibition of high-sticking (shots above shoulder height) and the prohibition of body checking (body contact).

Ice hockey is a fast and physical sport that requires a lot of skill, coordination and endurance. Players must be able to pass and shoot the puck quickly and accurately and must also be able to move quickly on the ice and perform maneuvers.
