A sauna is all about creating the perfect environment—heat and humidity working together to deliver relaxation and health benefits. The MAININKI Thermometer & Hygrometer is the ultimate tool for achieving that balance. Here’s why it’s essential:
Temperature alone doesn’t define a great sauna experience—humidity matters too. The MAININKI combines a thermometer and hygrometer in one elegant device, so you can track both and maintain the ideal conditions for comfort and safety.
Traditional Finnish saunas thrive at 70°C–100°C with humidity levels that vary depending on how much water you add to the stones. With MAININKI, you can fine-tune your environment for the perfect löyly (steam) every time.
Too much heat or humidity can lead to discomfort or dehydration. This dual-purpose instrument helps you avoid extremes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable sauna session for everyone.
MAININKI is crafted with a sleek, minimalist look that complements any sauna interior. Its clear, easy-to-read dials make it practical and stylish—a true reflection of Nordic design principles.
Designed to withstand high heat and moisture, the MAININKI is durable and reliable. It’s a long-lasting investment for anyone serious about their sauna experience.
✅ In short: The MAININKI Thermometer & Hygrometer isn’t just an accessory—it’s the key to creating the perfect sauna environment, balancing heat and humidity for maximum comfort, safety, and authenticity.
The sauna thermometer & hygrometer is made from 100% authentic Finnish Soapstone and is made in Tuupovaara, north-eastern Finland, by the sauna loving Finns at Hukka Design Oy!Disclaimer: By their nature, saunas are not an isotherm and will have many different hot and cold spots, even within a small area. It is an unrealistic expectation for coil-based thermometers such as these to have an accuracy comparable to a computer-based digital thermometer. Our thermometers are calibrated within a reasonable range. They are indicative only, and are not sold as a scientific-grade measuring device.
