Designed specifically for privately owned residential spas, this weekly service provides consistent professional care to help maintain water quality, sanitation, and equipment performance throughout the year. Service is available for spas located on an active maintenance route.
Program Includes:
- 1 professional spa technician visit per week

4 scheduled water changes per year (every 3 months)

8 filter cleaning services per year (approximately every 6 weeks)
During Each Service Visit:
- Water testing and analysis
- Chemical balancing and treatment adjustments
- Inspection of spa operation and equipment
- Surface and routine cleaning as required
- Monitoring of overall water quality and sanitizer levels
- Recommendations for any maintenance concerns identified
Important Service Information
This maintenance program is designed to provide ongoing care and support optimal water quality; however, actual water conditions are directly influenced by spa usage, bather load, environmental exposure, and any substances introduced into the water.
While weekly service is sufficient for most residential hot tubs, periods of heavy use, increased guest activity, contaminants, weather conditions, or products introduced into the spa may result in water conditions that require additional attention beyond the standard weekly visit schedule. In such circumstances, extra service visits, supplemental chemical treatments, additional water changes, filter replacement, or corrective maintenance may be recommended to restore and maintain pristine water quality.
Services beyond those included in this program are not covered in the base price and will be billed separately as required.
