Reduced-Care Maintenance for Vacant or Unused Hot Tubs
Our Residential Spa Care – Bi-Weekly Program is designed exclusively for homeowners who are temporarily away from their property and whose hot tub will remain unused during their absence. This service provides ongoing professional monitoring and basic maintenance to help preserve water quality and support reliable spa operation until regular use resumes.
This service is available only for spas located in the East Kootenays.
Program Includes
- 1 maintenance technician visit every 2 weeks
- Water testing and analysis
- Chemical balancing and sanitizer adjustments
- Basic equipment and operational inspection
- Light cleaning as required
- Monitoring of overall water condition during periods of non-use
Important Service Conditions
This is a temporary and conditional service option intended only for hot tubs that are not being used while the homeowner is away, on vacation, or otherwise absent from the property.
The customer is responsible for informing us immediately if the spa is used by any person during the period of bi-weekly service. Any spa use will increase sanitizer demand and may require adjustments to water chemistry, additional service visits, or a return to a more frequent maintenance schedule.
To ensure water quality standards are maintained, technician visit times are periodically assessed. If it is determined that the spa requires significantly more cleaning, balancing, or corrective work than would normally be expected during a standard maintenance visit, the customer will be required to return to our Residential Hot Tub Maintenance Program (Weekly Service).
Seasonal Restrictions
Due to increased risks associated with colder temperatures, including equipment failure, freeze damage, and related liability concerns, Bi-Weekly Temporary / No-Use Service is not available during winter months.
