Complete Internal System Cleaning for a Healthier, Cleaner Hot Tub

Our Spa Purge & Deep Clean Service is an intensive cleaning process designed to remove biofilm, organic buildup, contaminants, and hidden deposits from your hot tub's plumbing lines, circulation system, and internal components. While regular water changes and maintenance help maintain day-to-day water quality, contaminants can accumulate inside plumbing where they are difficult to remove through routine servicing alone.

For optimal performance and water quality, we recommend this service once per year, or more frequently for heavily used spas.

Please note: Your hot tub will be out of service for approximately 24 to 48 hours while this process is completed.

What's Included

Initial Purge Process

• Professional spa purge treatment added to the existing water
• Filter removed to maximize circulation through plumbing lines
• Spa settings adjusted to allow automatic circulation or fill-jet cycles approximately every 8 hours
• Purge solution remains active for 24-48 hours to loosen and break down biofilm, buildup, oils, and contaminants within the plumbing system

Deep Cleaning & Multi-Step Water Change

After the purge period:

• Purge solution is chemically neutralized
• Existing water is completely drained
• Spa is refilled with fresh water
• Jets are operated for 5-10 minutes to flush remaining residue from plumbing lines
• Water is drained a second time
• Spa is refilled again with fresh water

This multi-step flushing process helps ensure that purge residues, loosened debris, and contaminants are thoroughly removed from the spa system before returning the tub to service.

While this service provides a comprehensive internal cleaning of the spa plumbing and circulation system, additional services may be recommended based on the condition of the spa at the time of service. These may include:
